Senior Full Stack Developer (JS)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (JS) with deep AI experience to join our engineering function. You will help deliver robust digital products that address sophisticated customer needs at significant scale. Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and launch of scalable web products that bring together modern JavaScript stacks and machine learning functionality
• Coordinate with product leads, interface designers, and data experts to translate objectives into technical requirements and measurable outcomes
• Improve the responsiveness, throughput, and usability of browser applications and server-side systems
• Integrate AI models and intelligent services into production applications using secure implementation approaches
• Write clear, extensible, and thoroughly explained code that follows established software engineering practices
• Develop and run comprehensive quality checks across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing layers
• Maintain and enhance build automation and continuous integration processes to support quicker software releases
• Help junior developers build their expertise through useful review feedback and ongoing technical coaching
• Investigate complex faults across applications and infrastructure, identify root causes, and deliver effective resolutions
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and encourage the adoption of progressive engineering approaches throughout the department

Requirements

• Three or more years of professional software development experience with a demonstrated increase in technical ownership
• Comprehensive full stack expertise spanning rich frontend experiences and scalable backend service design
• Strong applied and theoretical knowledge of AI, algorithm-based integrations, and intelligent application capabilities
• Advanced command of JavaScript for responsive web development and asynchronous execution patterns
• Hands-on React experience creating reusable UI building blocks and coordinating sophisticated client-side state
• Proven Node.js skills for building non-blocking APIs, distributed services, and microservice solutions
• Experience applying Python to data workflows, AI platform connections, or backend helper applications
• Working familiarity with Java for enterprise integration work and dependable service-layer development
• Knowledge of Go for implementing concurrent backend workloads and systems-focused utilities
• Ability to establish reliable automated verification using Testify
• Experience configuring Webpack for optimized bundles, lazy loading, and efficient asset delivery
• Practical knowledge of Jest for automated validation of JavaScript codebases
• Experience running browser-based test suites across environments through Karma
• Familiarity with Mocha for creating flexible tests of asynchronous functionality
• Experience using Gulp to automate build activities, minify assets, and manage development scripts
• Exposure to Grunt for supporting legacy automation processes and build-task configurations
• English communication skills at B2 level or above for effective collaboration in an international environment

Nice to have

• Contributions to public AI projects, open-source machine learning libraries, or community-maintained repositories
• Experience deploying containerized JavaScript and Python workloads through AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis for scalable data persistence, document storage, or caching
• Knowledge of GraphQL for designing efficient and adaptable data-access APIs
• Experience applying secure development measures and evaluating web applications for vulnerabilities
