Senior Full Stack Developer (JS)

We are expanding our technology organization with a Senior Full Stack Developer (JS) who brings strong expertise in artificial intelligence. You will contribute to ambitious software initiatives designed to solve demanding problems for users at scale. Responsibilities

• Drive the development of resilient web applications by pairing contemporary JavaScript ecosystems with intelligent automation capabilities
• Align with business product representatives, UX professionals, and data specialists on system expectations and delivery priorities
• Increase application speed and reliability by tuning both customer-facing interfaces and backend components
• Deploy advanced learning models and AI services safely within production-grade technology environments
• Maintain high engineering standards through readable implementations, useful documentation, and sustainable design choices
• Plan and execute layered testing that verifies individual units, connected systems, and full user scenarios
• Improve release readiness by administering build workflows, continuous integration automation, and compilation tooling
• Provide mentorship to less experienced engineers through constructive reviews and practical technical guidance
• Analyze system-wide operational incidents, isolate their causes, and implement durable corrective actions
• Help steer long-term technical planning and champion effective development practices across the wider team

Requirements

• At least three years of industry experience delivering software, with evidence of expanding technical leadership
• Strong full stack development knowledge covering interactive web presentation layers and robust server-side platforms
• Detailed understanding of AI concepts, machine learning use cases, and algorithm-powered software functionality
• High-level JavaScript proficiency for delivering responsive web interfaces and non-blocking processing logic
• Experience building React applications with composable components and complex state-management solutions
• Capability in Node.js server development for asynchronous endpoints, scalable APIs, and microservice environments
• Experience using Python for data preparation, AI engine integration, or backend utility development
• Familiarity with Java for connecting enterprise platforms and supporting stable service ecosystems
• Working knowledge of Go for efficient concurrent backend programs and systems tooling
• Experience building dependable automated checks with the Testify framework
• Proficiency with Webpack for controlling asset builds, optimizing modules, and applying code splitting
• Hands-on familiarity with Jest for testing contemporary JavaScript applications
• Ability to set up and use Karma for cross-browser test automation
• Working awareness of Mocha for validating asynchronous code through customizable test structures
• Experience using Gulp to streamline build pipelines, compress resources, and automate recurring tasks
• Exposure to Grunt-based environments for legacy project automation and build maintenance
• Professional English at B2 level or higher to communicate clearly with distributed colleagues

Nice to have

• Participation in shared AI codebases or contributions to open-source machine learning efforts
• Experience running JavaScript or Python containers on cloud services including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis for implementing responsive persistence and caching layers
• Understanding of GraphQL for supplying applications with precise and efficient data queries
• Experience improving web product security through hardening controls and vulnerability reviews
