Title: Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $62-67/hr on W2

Introduction

We are seeking a hands-on professional to design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise applications supporting Treasury, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting platforms. This role combines full-stack development, platform engineering, application modernization, security remediation, DevOps, and AI-assisted software engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• Strong Full Stack development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 11/17/25, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/ORM, JUnit, Tomcat.
• Expertise in Angular v22, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Python development and automation experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Oracle/SQL development and performance tuning.
• Linux/Unix administration and application deployment.
• SFTP integration and enterprise messaging technologies.
• Proficiency in Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of OAuth and secure application development practices.
• Experience with FOSS remediation, software upgrades, and vulnerability management.
• AI-Assisted Development experience using tools like GitHub Copilot, Client Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar AI development tools.
• Ability to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Experience with Redis, OpenShift / Kubernetes, Hadoop / Spark.
• Cloud-native architecture knowledge.
• Financial Services or Treasury Technology experience.
• Understanding of event-driven and distributed systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, TypeScript, and Python.
• Design and support REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Build and enhance workflow orchestration and Control Panel applications.
• Lead Java, Tomcat, Python, and framework upgrade initiatives.
• Support FOSS remediation, vulnerability management, and secure coding practices.
• Develop and support SFTP integrations, messaging solutions, and batch-processing frameworks.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate impact analysis, development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and modernization efforts.
