  • Enable digital and analytics transformation: Champion automation, self-service reporting, driver-based modelling, scenario planning and predictive analytics to improve speed, quality and efficiency of finance delivery.
  • Develop capability and talent: Coach and develop team members, build future-ready FP&A capabilities and foster a learner mindset across business partnering, data, digital, analytics and process excellence.
  • Transformation & Continuous Improvement: Drive simplification, automation, digitisation and process improvement across planning & appraisal activities, leveraging technology, analytics and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
  • AI-enabled FP&A governance and decision support: Review, interpret and leverage outputs from AI-enabled tools to deliver high-quality FP&A support, ensuring insights, forecasts and recommendations are grounded in robust assumptions, strong data integrity, sound judgement and disciplined AI risk management and governance.

Required Skills and Capabilities
