Location:Bronx, NY (Onsite)
Employment Type:Full Time - Mon-Thu, 08:00am-05:00pm and Fri, 08:00am-03:00pm
Compensation:
Pay Range: $125,00-$140,000 Per Year
Description:
• Join a leading real estate investment and development company as a Senior Financial Analyst in Bronx, NY.
• This full-time, onsite role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within commercial and healthcare property settings.
• Candidates should have expertise in financial analysis and generic technology skills.
Requirements:
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for assigned entities.
• Prepare and review financial statements and ownership reporting.
• Manage tenant billing and lease administration activities.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate accounting for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Review loan agreements for compliance and prepare lender reports.
• Guide and mentor accounting staff, ensuring process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 7-10 years of commercial property accounting experience.
• Advanced skills in generic accounting software and spreadsheets.
• CPA preferred.
