Senior Finance Program/Project Manager

Title: Senior Finance Program/Project Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6+ Months

Role: Lead end-to-end Finance transformation programs to improve finance processes, systems, efficiency, controls, and operational performance.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Finance transformation, program/project management, or process improvement.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Finance processes:R2R (Record-to-Report), PTP (Procure-to-Pay), OTC (Order-to-Cash), and FP&A.

• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional Finance transformation programs from planning through implementation, adoption, and value realization.

• Experience in process improvement, operational change, Finance systems, and reporting/analytics platforms.

• Strong program governance, risk management, KPI tracking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

• Experience coordinating Finance, IT, vendors, UAT, training, and operational readiness.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Green Belt considered); PMP or equivalent certification.
