Responsibilities

-Partner with various business units and conduct multi-dimensional analyses to provide strategic financial guidance to aid business decision-making.

-Support the financial planning process including management closing, variance analysis, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely budget alignment for short- and long-term business goals.

-Monitor budget implementation and coordinate operational finance tasks.

-Conduct in-depth analyses of financial statements and business records to evaluate current financial performance, and to identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvement, compliance risk mitigation, and process enhancement to boost operational effectiveness and capital utilization efficiency.

-Conduct industry analyses and business intelligence research.

-Prepare reports for business leaders and organize business reviews of financial and operational data.

-Mentor junior-level team members.

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Analytics (any), Economics, Management, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Analytics (any), Economics, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

-Project management, including defining project scope, developing detailed workplan, coordinating cross-functional collaboration, managing key stakeholders, and delivering strategic business outcome;

-Utilizing structured thinking and first-principles thinking to disaggregate complex business challenges, questions, or problems into clearly defined business strategy questions in order to answer them systematically;

-Consolidating and validating cross-functional strategies to enhance user experience throughout user lifecycle;

-Performing advanced quantitative analysis, including Excel-based financial modeling, to analyze a large quantity of financial, product, or operational data, to uncover business insights and inform resource allocation; and

-Preparing and analyzing financial reports with Enterprise Asset Management system or Oracle EBS according to US GAAP, international accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 10%.

Type: Full time, 40 hours/week

Location: Culver City, CA

Salary Range: $117187 - $143640 per year
