Title:Senior Field Engineer / Technical Lead
Locations:Colorado / Remotely
Duration: 06 Months
Pay Range: $45-$50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
• Lead PCAI field engineering for HPE-designated systems| qualification| defect reproduction| infrastructure integration and technical resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead solution/system infrastructure engineering and integration.
• Support qualification| engineering debugging and HPE-approved deployments.
• Analyze hardware| Linux| networking| storage and system-state issues.
• Lead escalations| root-cause analysis and corrective-action artifacts.
• Drive reusable diagnostic and remediation improvements.
Required Skills:
• Experience10+ years of relevant experience.
• System and hardware infrastructure.
• Solution engineering and infrastructure integration. Linux| networking and storage.
• Hardware diagnostics| escalation management and root-cause analysis.
• Primary Deliverable Contribution Environment/readiness artifacts.
• Field investigation and technical disposition packages.
• RCA and corrective-action packages.
• Diagnostic/remediation automation and KT documentation.
• Success / Acceptance Focus Investigations and corrective actions are evidence-based and reusable improvements are captured where applicable.
