Senior Estimator PCD

MISSIONS / SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The service holder is responsible forpreparing and validating cost estimates primarily related to Change Orders for ongoing EPC projects.

ACTIVITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparecost estimates for Change Orders.

• Review and validatecontractor cost proposals, including quantities, labor, materials, equipment, productivity, and indirect costs.

• VerifyMTOs, unit rates, and supporting cost build-ups.

• Benchmarkcontractor rates against historical data, contracts, and market information.

• Coordinate withEngineering, Construction, Contracts, Planning, and Cost Control to confirm scope and cost impacts.

• Experience inrefining or petrochemicals and technologies.

• Proven Experience inEPC project management (knowledge of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a plus).

• 15+ years’ experience in Petrochemicals and refining projects.

• Ability toadapt to changes and to work in an international multi-cultural project environment, to cope in a positive and productive manner within intensive environment.Interpersonal skills, rigor and analytical mind.

• Ability towork as a member of a project Team, to liaise, coordinate and positively communicate with the involved different Parties (Contractors, project Entities, Authorities, industrial Investors, nearby Industries, auditors, other disciplines representatives, experts, etc.). Ability toliaise effectively at all organizational levels.

• Leadership in a challenging context.

• Oral communication abilities and writing skills in the English language required.
