As Senior ERP Engineer - Odoo (d/f/m), you shape how our ERP grows. Odoo runs our invoicing, hardware logistics and energy market communication, and over the next year it becomes the source of truth for customer and contract data and takes over electricity billing. You design the data model and module architecture, build integrations with our platform and partners, and hold the quality bar for the team. You do not only ask "How do we build this in Odoo", but also "Should this live in Odoo at all".
  • Designing and building custom Odoo modules, from data model to UI
  • Making architecture decisions for a growing ERP, including what belongs in Odoo and what doesn’t
  • Driving the migration of customer, contract and metering processes from HubSpot into Odoo
  • Building and maintaining integrations with our internal platform and external partners in logistics, metering and market communication
  • Shipping features to production independently
  • Setting technical standards for code reviews, automated tests, CI and code quality
  • Reviewing code and pairing with our developers and our external Odoo partner
  • Working closely with Finance and Ops to turn their needs into clear scope and reliable estimates
  • You bring5+ years of software development, several of them hands-on withOdoo (custom modules, ORM, views, security rules, major version upgrades)
  • You work confidently withPython and PostgreSQL
  • You’ve builtERP integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, batch jobs) that run reliably in production
  • Git, CI and automated tests are part of your daily routine
  • You think indata models and processes, not just in tickets
  • Youraise risks early, say clearly when a deadline won’t hold and push back when needed, including with non-technical stakeholders
  • You speakfluent English
  • Real influence on a core system: shape the ERP our whole business runs on
  • Impact on the energy transition: work powers billing, logistics and market communication for smart home energy
  • More room to shape things than at an Odoo agency or in a large corporate
  • Short paths to Finance, Ops and our CTO, no long chains of command
