Location: Yonkers, NY 10701 (Remote)
Pay Range: $95/hr - $100/hr

Job Summary: This role is responsible for configuring and maintaining Epic's Beacon and Willow modules to support oncology research. The analyst will translate research study requirements into accurate and safe Epic builds, ensuring they align with clinical workflows and established standards. A key focus will be on quality assurance of research builds and collaboration with clinical and IT teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain oncology research protocols and medications within Epic Beacon and Willow.
  • Translate clinical and research needs into functional Epic application specifications.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of research builds created by other analysts.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate research builds for accuracy and functionality.
  • Collaborate with clinical, research, pharmacy, and IT stakeholders to ensure build alignment.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Epic Beacon Certification
  • Epic Willow Certification
  • Strong clinical pharmacy background

Experience supporting oncology clinical trials, research protocols, or investigational medications is strongly preferred for this role.
