About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Core, Agentforce, and Salesforce Order Management (OMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable, API-driven enterprise solutions with a focus on AI-enabled workflows, automation-first architecture, and commerce operations.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of Salesforce, AI, and commerce technologies, helping deliver intelligent customer experiences and modern order management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & Platform Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud, OMS, and Agentforce
- Build scalable automation and agent-driven workflows using Salesforce technologies
- Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs
- Configure and enhance Salesforce platform capabilities to support evolving business needs
- Design and implement API-first and event-driven integrations across Salesforce and external platforms
- Build and maintain backend services and orchestration frameworks
- Integrate commerce platforms, OMS systems, and AI services into scalable enterprise ecosystems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across API, integration, and Salesforce layers
- Develop AI-enabled workflows using Agentforce and conversational AI frameworks
- Contribute to intelligent automation initiatives and AI-driven customer engagement solutions
- Work with emerging AI technologies and LLM-based integrations
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Architecture, and Engineering
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence
- Contribute to platform modernization initiatives and long-term architecture roadmap
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development
- Expertise in:
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience working with Salesforce OMS or other Order Management Systems
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and integration architectures
- Experience building backend services and orchestration layers
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with GitHub Actions or Bitbucket Pipelines
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to AI, automation platforms, or conversational AI ecosystems
