Job Description
Job Purpose:The Senior Engineer of IT Infrastructure is responsible for smooth running of the Company’s network, telecommunications, servers, and storage systems. Provides first level support and daily maintenance to infrastructure systems in collaboration with various system providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Talking staff or partners through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Promote solution stability through incident trend analysis, problem management, and cure plan development and execution
• Assist engineers in adhering to regulatory and compliance processes
Competencies and Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years management experience in Hotel industry directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Experience in computer systems support and service desk as an advantage
Education: Diploma or degree in Information Technology field
Language Ability: Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
