Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions.
  • Manage Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and/or Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
  • Configure device policies, compliance policies, security baselines, and Windows patch deployments.
  • Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications.
  • Implement endpoint security and hardening, including BitLocker and Microsoft Defender.
  • Troubleshoot complex Windows, application, and endpoint management issues.
  • Automate endpoint management tasks using PowerShell.
  • Support Windows upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and L3 technical escalations.
Preferred Skills:Experience with Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory/Group Policy, Windows Update for Business, Azure Virtual Desktop, and ITIL-based change management would be an advantage.
