Job Summary
This role focuses ondata cleanup in Excel and Workday Systems, auditing and editing talent profiles, and supporting new software testing initiatives in a fully onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Data cleanup in Excel and Workday Systems
- Auditing and editing talent profiles. Updating, proofreading, and editing.
- New software testing. Tech-savvy β No coding. Helping with testing internal applications.
- They will use applications and provide feedback in case edits are needed.
Required Skills
- Intermediate to advancedExcel
- Basic to intermediate PDF, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Workday experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proofreading experience
- Good problem-solving
- Fast learner
- Has had interactions/experiences with technology and is tech-savvy
Preferred Skills
- Adobe Acrobat is a plus

- No less than a High School diploma with required experience
