Job Title: Senior Director / Director – Product Management (Managed Services & Digital Platforms)

Location: On-site / Hybrid - Mississauga

Work Type: Full-time

Experience
15–20+ years overall, with 8–10+ years in senior product or platform leadership roles
Role Overview
The role is accountable for defining and driving product strategy, value realization, and lifecycle governance for critical IT platforms supporting a large, always ‐ on managed services account . Acting as a portfolio-level product owner , this leader ensures platforms deliver measurable outcomes across reliability, cost optimization, risk reduction, experience, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute account-aligned product and platform roadmaps across ITSM, Observability, AIOps, EUC, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Digital, and AI platforms
  • Translate business and operational outcomes into clear product strategies and measurable value metrics
  • Drive value realization , benefits tracking, and executive governance through CXO / SteerCo forums
  • Productize managed services by embedding automation, AI-led prevention, shift-left, and self-healing constructs
  • Act as the single product voice for senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
  • Balance innovation with operational stability and risk management in a 24x7, mission-critical environment
  • Own investment prioritization, cost transparency, and platform-led margin improvement
  • Lead and mentor senior product and platform leaders, instilling a strong product mindset across operations teams
Required Skills & Experience
  • Senior product/platform leadership in large managed services or complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of IT operations, ITSM, observability, EUC, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital platforms
  • Proven experience engaging with CXO / Board-level stakeholders
  • Outcome-driven, data-led decision maker with strong commercial acumen
Preferred
  • Engineering degree; MBA preferred
  • SAFe / ITIL / Agile / Product certifications
  • Experience in airport, transportation, utilities, or mission-critical domains
