Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Digital Product Designer (UX) to join a leading Digital Health team focused on creating innovative, patient-centered healthcare experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human-centered design and have extensive experience designing intuitive digital products across web, mobile, and connected healthcare devices. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to deliver accessible, scalable, and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for healthcare applications.
• Analyze user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Create user personas, use cases, user journeys, user flows, information architecture, and navigation structures.
• Develop storyboards, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design responsive web applications, native mobile apps, smart watch interfaces, kiosks, and connected health devices.
• Conduct design workshops and facilitate collaborative design sessions.
• Ensure designs comply withWCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.
• Evaluate design effectiveness using usability metrics and user feedback.
• Contribute to and maintain the organization's Digital Design System and Design Language.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives.
• Provide guidance and oversight to external design vendors when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in UX/Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process and digital product design.
• Expertise in:

  • Responsive Design
• Experience designing for:

• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA or higher).
• Experience collaborating within Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare or Digital Health industry experience.
• Experience designing patient-facing digital products.
• Familiarity with Design Systems and Component Libraries.
• Experience facilitating design thinking workshops.
• Knowledge of usability testing and analytics.
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams.
