Roles & Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce analytics, with a proven track record of driving site optimization and performance analysis
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of e-commerce dynamics, user behavior, and conversion optimization strategies
- Experience with Adobe Analytics as their primary web analytics tool; Able to articulate how did they use Adobe Analytics for their current web analytics function
- Proficiency in web analytics tools and domain-specific software to extract, interpret, and leverage data to drive business decisions
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex data manipulation, pivot tables, and charting for reporting and analysis

- A curious mindset with a problem-solving approach, using data to identify opportunities for continuous site and conversion optimization
- A collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations that impact the customer experience and conversion rates
- Passionate about Ecommerce and retail a plus
