Pay Range: $50-$53/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experiencedSenior DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and automated infrastructure and software delivery pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inTerraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD automation, Linux administration, and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on integrating security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and repeatable software delivery.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
• Integrate security controls, compliance checks, and policy enforcement into CI/CD workflows.
• Support containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Collaborate with development, platform engineering, and security teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and observability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across Linux, network, and cloud environments.
• Implement system hardening, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
• Manage logging, monitoring, and observability solutions such as Prometheus, Splunk, ELK, or similar platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and DevSecOps standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps/DevSecOps experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Terraform
  • Ansible
  • Bash/Shell Scripting
  • Python
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as:
  • GitLab CI
  • GitHub Actions
  • Concourse
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably OpenStack.
• Strong Linux system administration experience.
• Solid understanding of:
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Secure Configuration Management
  • Least Privilege Principles
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure, application, and networking issues.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Splunk, ELK, Vector, Kafka, or other observability platforms.
• Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault, KMS, and Secrets Management.
• Understanding of security and compliance frameworks including:
  • NIST 800-53
  • FedRAMP
  • ISO 27001
  • CIS Benchmarks
• Experience with security automation and container hardening.
• Familiarity with FIPS-compliant cryptography and secure infrastructure deployments.
