Job Description

This role bridgessoftware support and reliability engineering, focusing onsystem stability, scalability, and operational excellence across global environments.

You will work closely with R&D, DevOps, and Field teams to ensure production systems are reliable, observable, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as aTier3 support, handling complex production issues and driving end‑to‑end resolution
• Troubleshootsoftware systems, and infrastructure layers (applications, containers, Kubernetes, cloud)
• Performroot cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive reliability improvements
• Support improvement ofsystem observability using logs, metrics, and monitoring tools
• Drive automation ofoperational workflows, troubleshooting, and support activities
• Partner with R&D and DevOps teams to improvedesign for reliability and supportability
• Supportnew product introduction (NPI) by validating platform readiness and operational stability
• Develop tools, documentation, and best practices to improve support efficiency and reduce escalations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience insoftware support, DevOps, or SRE roles
• Strong troubleshooting experience incomplex distributed systems
• Practical troubleshooting experience using agentic AI systems.
• Hands-on experience withLinux environments
• Experience withCI/CD systems and DevOps tools
• Practical experience withcontainers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience withmonitoring, logging, and system diagnostics tools
• • (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Experience withautomation/scripting (Python, Bash)
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Fluent in English

Advantage

• Experience withcloud platforms (Azure or similar)
• Familiarity withInfrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Helm, etc.)
• Background insoftware development or backend systems
• Experience in supporting global, production-critical environments

• Location: Bangalore / India
