What You'll Do

• Take creative ownership of projects and campaigns, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the overall creative vision.
• Conceptualize and produce compelling visual content, including static designs, motion graphics, animations, and video assets across digital and social media platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director and the wider Creative Team to develop fresh ideas and innovative campaign concepts.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, creative strategy, and campaign development.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and helping elevate the team's creative output.
• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools, continuously exploring new ways to push creative boundaries.
• Translate client feedback into effective creative solutions while maintaining high design standards.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Creative, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to improving internal creative workflows and processes.
• Participate in client presentations when needed, confidently communicating creative ideas and design decisions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior design or motion design role, ideally within a creative, advertising, or digital agency.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, high-quality design execution, and impactful visual storytelling.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of visual communication, typography, composition, branding, and digital-first design.
• Ability to develop and execute creative concepts across multiple formats and platforms.
• Experience managing creative projects independently, from initial brief to final delivery.
• Ability to provide guidance, feedback, and support to junior team members.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for creating work that stands out.
• Ability to balance creative excellence with deadlines, project requirements, and business objectives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D design, animation, or advanced motion techniques.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies.
• Experience in video production, editing, or art direction for photo and video shoots.
• Experience presenting creative concepts to clients.
