Rate: $80 to $82/hr

Detailed JD: 8+ Years of experience in DBT with Snowflake.

• 8+ years in Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt.
• Design, architect, and implement scalable cloud-based data platforms using Snowflake, dbt, and modern data engineering best practices to support enterprise analytics & reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust ELT pipelines using dbt, Snowflake, and cloud-native services, ensuring high data quality, reliability, performance, and scalability across large-volume datasets.
• Lead data modeling initiatives, including dimensional modeling, Data Vault, and star schema design, enabling efficient analytical processing and business intelligence workloads.
• Optimize Snowflake environments through warehouse tuning, query performance optimization, clustering strategies, cost management, security controls, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, analysts, and application teams to translate business requirements into scalable data architectures and reusable data products.
• Establish engineering standards, CI/CD practices, code reviews, testing frameworks, and data governance processes while mentoring junior engineers and driving adoption of modern data engineering methodologies.
• Strong SQL, Python, and cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Airflow, ADF, or Dagster.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience supporting AI/ML, advanced analytics, and real-time data integration use cases.
