Job Scope:Leverage data analytics skills, BI technologies, and best practices to transform raw data into actionable business insights, enabling informed decision-making and enhancing data readability for stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis & Solution Design:
  • Conduct stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and design BI solutions using BI stack.
Data Extraction & Transformation:
  • Extract data from SQL, SAP BW, Oracle, and other systems.
  • Cleanse, transform, and optimize data for accuracy and usability.
BI Development & Governance:
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports adhering to best practices.
  • Monitor system logs, enforce data access controls, and refine user roles.
Data Quality & Integrity:
  • Collaborate with data owners to define data quality standards and ensure compliance.
  • Perform data validation, profiling, and quality assessments.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on deliverables.
  • Support data governance initiatives to enhance integrity, availability, and reliability.
Basic Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
Experience:
  • 7+ years in data analysis, BI development, or data modeling.
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced SQL & Python for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Power BI expertise (dashboard development, DAX, data modeling).
  • Database design, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
  • Data mining, segmentation, and statistical analysis.
  • Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to present insights effectively through reports and presentations.
  • Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.
