Senior Data Analyst - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Data Analyst for an onsite position with a Major Financial Institution located in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA. This is a contract opportunity.

In this role, the candidate will engage with internal stakeholders to define data needs, support engineering partners through requirements mapping, and manage metadata registration and data governance. The position focuses on configuring and testing data quality rules, coordinating ETL pipeline validation, and building insightful dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Lead meetings with internal customers to determine data needs
• Perform requirements mapping and documentation to support engineering partners
• Manage metadata registration and data governance activities
• Configure data quality rules and perform testing
• Coordinate ETL pipelines testing across multiple areas and validate results
• Build dashboards and reporting to meet business requirements

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to interface between business and technical teams
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with core data analyst responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability in building dashboards and reports
• Must be able to work onsite in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA

Pay range:$44.93 - $52.93 per hour
