Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Developer with deep expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE),Power Platform, and.NET development. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, integrating, and customizing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, along with strong knowledge of business workflows and complex solution architectures.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong development experience inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
• Expertise inPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Proficient in.NET / C# development
• Experience withPlugins, Workflows, Custom Actions, API Integrations

Detailed Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and customize solutions inD365 CE andPower Platform
• Create and maintainPlugins, Workflows, JavaScript customizations, andAPI-based integrations
• Build scalable and secure applications usingMicrosoft .NET, C#, JavaScript
• Develop and integrate solutions withAzure services, where applicable
• Implement and optimize business workflows and automate processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and solution architecture principles

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in Microsoft development ecosystems
• Proven expertise in customizing and integratingMicrosoft D365 CE
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
