Our international CRM team, based in Munich, is seeking a motivated Senior CRM Manager / CRM Lead (m/f/x) to become part of our company in a dynamic and innovative environment. Set the direction for CRM and retention, owning the strategy, roadmap and targets.
Lead and grow the CRM team while staying hands-on yourself, from building campaigns and automations to digging into the data.
Own the CRM budget and tech stack, deciding on tools, partners and where to invest.
Represent CRM at management level, aligning retention priorities with company goals and influencing decisions across the business.
Drive customer retention and lifetime value, turning first-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers.
Own CRM performance and reporting, translating results into clear priorities for the team and for management.
Build a culture of testing and continuous improvement, and lead by example in how the work gets done.
Partner with teams across the business on cross-functional projects that improve the customer experience.

Several years of experience in CRM, retention or lifecycle marketing, ideally in DTC or e-commerce.
Experience leading or mentoring people.
You enjoy both rolling up your sleeves and setting the direction, and you're comfortable switching between the two.
Strong hands-on knowledge of modern CRM and marketing automation platforms.
A data-driven mindset and confidence working with numbers to guide decisions.
Experience working across multiple markets. Experience with the US market is a plus.
Curiosity, a test-and-learn attitude and a drive to keep improving.
Fluent English. Additional languages are a plus.
A passion for golf is a bonus.
