Senior Creative Strategist – DTC / Direct Response - Europe based

We are looking for an experienced, performance-driven Creative Strategist with a strong Direct Response Copywriting background, capable of developing, testing, and scaling winning creatives for DTC brands, primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct competitor, audience, and market research, continuously analyzing winning ads, emerging trends, hooks, and creative formats. 

• Identify successful patterns and translate them into original, high-converting creative concepts. 

• Write compelling Direct Response ad scripts, hooks, VSL-style concepts, and copy aligned with campaign objectives. 

• Create, test, and iterate static ads, UGC concepts, and video scripts, focusing on finding and scaling winning creatives. 

• Manage and coordinate UGC creators through a dedicated creator platform. 

• Collaborate with video editors and creators, reviewing creative execution and analyzing results to improve future scripts and concepts. 

• Use performance data to understand why creatives succeed or fail and continuously optimize for conversions and scale. 

Required Experience 

• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist and/or Direct Response Copywriter working with DTC/eCommerce brands. 

• Hands-on experience with Meta advertising campaigns spending at least $5,000 per day. 

• Strong Direct Response fundamentals, including consumer psychology, persuasive copywriting, hooks, offers, and sales messaging. 

• Experience writing video ad scripts, UGC concepts, and conversion-focused static ads. 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn competitor research and campaign  

• performance into actionable creative ideas. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience writing VSLs (Video Sales Letters) and long-form Direct Response copy. 

• Participation in Copy Dojo or similar advanced copywriting communities. 

• Experience working with high-revenue DTC brands and scaling creative performance. 

• Demonstrated track record of developing winning ads that successfully scaled.
