Pay Range: $50 - $57/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Creative Director to uphold brand guidelines and visual identity across creative projects.
Design and develop creative assets, including logos, banners, videos, motion graphics, in-store displays, and print materials.
Adapt creative layouts and assets for websites, paid media, social media, print, and other marketing channels.
Conduct project kickoff and discovery meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential issues, and align on creative direction.
Present design concepts and final deliverables for brand review and upload completed assets to digital asset management (DAM) platforms.
Support the localization of video and graphic content for regional and international markets.
Manage creative projects from concept through completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
Leverage AI tools to streamline creative workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve efficiency

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
Proven experience managing creative projects for marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of brand guidelines, visual storytelling, and localization strategies for global markets.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related design tools.
Experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Experience in the consumer electronics or home entertainment industry.
Expertise in video production and post-production techniques.
Experience leading or coordinating a team of designers.
Familiarity with integrated marketing communications and multichannel campaigns.
Experience using AI tools to automate and optimize design processes.
