Leadconsultingprojectsfromresearchandanalysistostrategicrecommendationsandclientpresentations.Manageprojectteams,buildclientrelationships,supportbusinessdevelopment,andcontributetothoughtleadershipandthegrowthoftheglobalMobilityPractice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conductmarketresearch,competitiveanalysis,andidentifygrowthopportunities.

• DevelopactionableclientrecommendationsusingFrost&Sullivan’sGrowthPipelineEngine(GPE).

• Manageprojectscope,timelines,deliverables,andteamperformance.

• Buildclientrelationshipsandleaddiscussionsandpresentations.

• Developproposals,identifybusinessopportunities,andsupportrevenuegrowth.

• Contributetoindustryreports,thoughtleadership,andconsultingmethodologies.

• Mentorjuniorteammembersandcollaborateacrossglobalteams.

Required Competencies

• Education:Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness,Economics,Engineering,Technology,orarelatedfield;postgraduatequalificationpreferred.

• Experience:7–8yearsinconsulting,marketresearch,orstrategicadvisory.

• Industry Knowledge:Understandingoftheautomotiveandmobilityecosystem,marketdynamics,andemergingtrends.

• Analytical Skills:Strongresearch,problem-solving,andstrategicthinkingabilities.

• Project Management:Abilitytoleadconsultingengagementsanddeliverqualityoutputsontime.

• Client & Business Development:Experiencemanagingclientrelationships,developingproposals,andidentifyinggrowthopportunities.

• Communication:ExcellentEnglish,report-writing,presentation,andstakeholder-managementskills.

• Leadership & Collaboration:Abilitytomentorjuniorcolleagues,workacrossglobalteams,andtakeownershipofprojectoutcomes.
