Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise in Facets Claims processing and architecture.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and support Informatica ETL workflows and mappings.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Support healthcare claims processing, adjudication, and data integration requirements.
- Investigate and resolve production issues related to Facets, claims data, and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and development teams.
- Perform impact analysis for system enhancements and regulatory changes.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, and data governance practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Healthcare Payer operations and Claims lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with Facets data structures and claims modules.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter development and support.
- Advanced SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
- Experience working with large healthcare data environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Informatica PowerCenter Developer Certification
- Facets-related functional or technical certification
- Healthcare domain certifications
