Looking for a hands-on Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Consultant with 4–5 years of experience in configuration, data migration, validation, testing and production deployment. The consultant will support global CSOD rollouts, acquisitions and enhancements

• Hands-on CSOD configuration experience.
• Experience with user/employee data migration.
• Strong data validation and reconciliation skills.
• Experience with HRIS integrations.
• Experience with rollout/acquisition projects.
• Knowledge of CSOD security and permissions.
• Good Excel/data-analysis skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.
