Pay Range: $140000 - $180000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Project Team to meet goals, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
Develop contacts and build relationships with potential customers.
Negotiate business and legal provisions of construction contracts.
Achieve high levels of quality, design, and profitability on assigned projects.
Manage accounts receivables effectively and resolve warranty issues promptly.
Participate or lead owner/client presentations and negotiations.
Oversee design development, budget preparation, and project schedules.
Supervise a team of Project Engineers, Sr. Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants.
Develop procurement strategies, including preparing bid documents and negotiating subcontracts.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

10+ years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing, and design management.
Experience leading science and technology projects (e.g., labs, data centers, R&D facilities) is a plus.
Proven ability to manage teams successfully and profitably.
Strong skills in making effective and convincing formal sales presentations.
Ability to prioritize and balance big picture and immediate responsibilities.
