Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer for our client to build and scale production-grade AI models for precise product identification and pricing. The ideal candidate will own model architecture, fine-grained classification, evaluation, confidence scoring, and production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop computer vision models for fine-grained product identification, including brand, model, edition, and variants.
• Fine-tune and deploy vision transformers and CNNs using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Build model evaluation frameworks, confidence scoring, and accuracy benchmarks.
• Develop feedback loops and data strategies to improve model performance.
• Optimize model serving for latency, cost, scalability, and reliability.
• Define technical priorities and communicate model capabilities to business stakeholders.

• 5+ years of applied computer vision experience, including production deployments.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Expertise in fine-grained or instance-level image classification.
• Experience with vision transformers or CNNs.
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, accuracy measurement, and production ML systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with visual search, e-commerce, resale marketplaces, or product recognition.
• Knowledge of active learning and human-in-the-loop labeling.
• Experience deploying low-latency ML APIs at scale.
• Previous early-stage startup or founding ML engineer experience.

• Full-time, remote position in North America.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• No security clearance required.
