Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

• Namibian Citizenship;
• Grade with min 25 points;
• 1-3 years relevant experience;
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
• Ability to analyse, Interpret and action client accounts;
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines;
• Strong Administrative skills;

Job Specification:

• Perform daily collections administration tasks in Payroll collections and EFT collections and Legal recoveries including Pay-date Management;
• Create Employer profiles;
• Meet daily/ weekly targets;
• Timely and effective collection of monthly instalments;
• Ensure loan accounts are worked within the required Quality standards and turnaround time;
• Maintain the overall collections performance
• Compile and dispatch monthly instalment due lists to clients
• Make outbounds calls in accordance with predetermined schedules
• Follow up on arrear instalments via telephone in adherence with productivity standards
• Ensure correct allocation of receipts
• Attend and resolve client queries
• Drive Proactive management of assigned portfolio; and
• Provide ad-hoc and weekly reporting as and when required.
