Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft licensing, Azure, AWS, SaaS, AI, cloud commercial models, and cloud consumption strategies.
  • Advise executives, sales teams, and customers on licensing strategy, deal structure, cloud adoption, AI investments, and commercial optimization.
  • Design and develop scalable Cloud, AI, Professional Services, and Managed Services offerings.
  • Create repeatable service offerings, SOW frameworks, pricing models, estimation methodologies, and delivery playbooks.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for cloud assessments, migrations, modernization, managed cloud services, AI readiness, AI implementation, Agentic AI, and cloud optimization services.
  • Drive cost optimization, FinOps, governance, and cloud adoption initiatives across Azure and AWS environments.
  • Develop SOPs and operational processes for quoting, provisioning, billing, renewals, cloud lifecycle management, and service delivery.
  • Establish governance, controls, compliance standards, and risk mitigation processes for cloud, licensing, and AI consumption.
  • Manage renewals, co-terming, NCE transitions, licensing lifecycle management, and cloud consumption optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to expand licensing engagements into consulting, implementation, optimization, and recurring managed services.
  • Optimize Azure and AWS profitability through pricing strategies, partner incentives, funding programs, marketplace offers, and cloud consumption growth.
  • Align licensing, cloud, AI, and managed services offerings with customer business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Build reporting, automation, analytics, and quote-to-cash workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with sales and account teams to build pipeline, identify whitespace opportunities, and drive cross-sell and upsell motions.
  • Lead strategic discovery sessions, executive customer engagements, and complex enterprise pursuits.
  • Build executive relationships with Microsoft, AWS, distributors, ISVs, and strategic service partners.
  • Support cloud modernization, governance, security, AI adoption, and operational transformation initiatives.
  • Mentor internal teams on cloud strategy, licensing, AI technologies, commercial models, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Help define organizational processes, delivery standards, reference architectures, and operational best practices for cloud and AI services.

Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft EA, CSP, Azure, AWS, cloud licensing, cloud services, consulting, managed services, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, AI-related licensing models, and Microsoft commercial programs including MCA, NCE, Azure consumption, CSP, private offers, and marketplace offerings.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, migration and modernization programs, Marketplace, MAP, cloud consumption models, and partner incentives.
  • Proven experience building, scaling, or supporting Cloud, AI, Professional Services, Managed Services, Consulting, or Cloud Center of Excellence organizations.
  • Experience developing service offerings, SOWs, pricing frameworks, estimation models, delivery methodologies, and go-to-market strategies for cloud, AI, and managed services.
  • Demonstrated success driving cloud governance, licensing operations, FinOps initiatives, cloud cost optimization, recurring revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer retention.
