Senior Change Delivery Lead (Finance Transformation)

• FP&A / Planning:OneStream
• Analytics: Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
• Exposure to Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for one or more workstreams/projects fromintake and chartering through planning, execution, and business readiness.
• Lead cross-functional teams acrossFinance, Operations, Technology, Risk/Controls, and vendors/SI, ensuring alignment to milestones and outcomes.
• Develop and manage project artifacts:charter, scope, integrated plan, RAID log, status reporting, resourcing plan, dependency plan, and financial tracking.
• Drive disciplined execution using standard project governance: steering updates, stakeholder engagement, escalation management, and decision support.
• Partner closely withChange Management and Training leads to ensure communications, training, and readiness plans are integrated into delivery.
• Ensure quality, adherence to policies/standards, and deployment readiness activities (cutover readiness, hypercare planning where applicable).
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce variation; document best practices and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in consulting, project/program management, or process improvement roles.
• Strong experience leadinglarge, complex, cross-functional initiatives with heavy stakeholder integration (including senior leadership).
• Background deliveringFinance/Accounting initiatives (GAAP compliance, regulatory reporting, profitability, finance operations).
• Experience withWaterfall and Agile delivery approaches.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, ability to influence, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial services/banking transformation experience.
• Hands-on project exposure toSAP S/4HANA, OneStream, OFSAA, and/or Oracle EDM Cloud.
• PMP certification and/or Six Sigma / process improvement certification.
