Duration:7 Months Contract (April – October)
Our client is seeking a Senior Change Delivery Lead to manage the Finance change intake and governance function and lead strategic Finance transformation initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Manage the Finance change intake and governance process, ensuring policy compliance and project prioritization
- Lead delivery of multiple complex programs and strategic initiatives across the Finance organization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution, governance, and reporting
- Prepare executive updates, portfolio reporting, and strategy materials for senior leadership
- Oversee project artifacts and ensure traceability, documentation, and completion tracking
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across Finance initiatives
- Engage senior stakeholders and facilitate alignment across business, technology, and operations teams
- Provide oversight and direction to internal and external resources supporting the change portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or process improvement roles
- 3–5 years of experience within a Finance organization, preferably in financial services or banking
- Strong experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs
- Expertise with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Experience applying process improvement frameworks (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive and senior-level stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and enterprise reporting materials
