Job Title: Senior Category Manager
Location: Glen Mills, PA Hybrid Schedule (Mon, Wed, Thurs onsite - Tue, Fri Remote)
Duration: TEMP to PERM opportunity. IF they are a good fit and performing well, the client fully intends to convert to fulltime after 4-6 months.
Responsibilities:
Looking for Capex Site Materials Category Manager experience.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE CATEGORY MANAGER EXPERIENCE WITH SOME CAPEX EXERIENCE.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering required.
• Prior experience leading diverse, multi-functional teams.
• 5 or more years' experience in procurement in an industrial company
• Fluent spoken and written English. Additional language skills a plus
• Proficient knowledge of the source-to-contract Procurement process
• Experienced in Procurement e-sourcing-tools.
• Partnering with senior-level leaders and stakeholders in a matrix organization
• Excellent internal and external negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capability
• Self-motivated, service-oriented "Can do – Will do” mindset and attitude
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to travel approx. 20%, including potential international travel
