Summary of the Role and TeamÂ
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will join Varicent’s Global Integrated Campaigns team and play a key role in generating pipeline and revenue from net-new prospect accounts across global markets.Â
Reporting to the Team Lead, Global Integrated Campaigns, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns, with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Working closely with Sales, Associate Sellers (BDRs), Product Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Partner Marketing, you will translate strategy into measurable business outcomes through coordinated multi-channel programs.Â
This is an individual contributor role with significant ownership of campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and execution excellence.Â

What You Will Be DoingÂ
- Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across email, digital, social, webinars, events, partner marketing, and account-based marketing initiativesÂ
- Partner with Sales, Associate Sellers, and Product Marketing to support account planning and targeted engagement strategies for prospect accountsÂ
- Develop and execute ABM programs that increase account engagement, pipeline generation, and market penetrationÂ
- Manage campaign delivery from planning and asset coordination through execution, reporting, budget tracking, and optimizationÂ
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign tracking, attribution, reporting, and lead management processes are effective and accurateÂ
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates, engagement, pipeline contribution, and return on investmentÂ
- Partner with Content, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure messaging, content, and campaign experiences align with target audience needsÂ
- Build and present campaign performance insights, business recommendations, and pipeline impact updates to cross-functional stakeholders and leadershipÂ

What You BringÂ
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, integrated marketing, or a related B2B SaaS marketing roleÂ
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline generation and business growthÂ
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, account targeting, and account engagement programsÂ
- Experience partnering with Sales or Business Development teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and pipeline outcomesÂ
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, digital marketing platforms, campaign analytics, and marketing performance reportingÂ
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation funnels, attribution models, and campaign measurementÂ
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyÂ
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experienceÂ

- Develop a strong understanding of Varicent’s target audiences, campaign strategy, marketing technology stack, and lead management processesÂ
- Build proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, reporting tools, and campaign workflowsÂ
- Analyze historical campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimizationÂ
- Contribute recommendations for demand generation and ABM programsÂ
- Develop campaign reporting templates, dashboards, and process documentation that improve team efficiencyÂ

- Independently manage multiple integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution and measurementÂ
- Lead account planning activities and support ABM initiatives for target accountsÂ
- Present campaign performance updates and recommendations to Sales and Marketing stakeholdersÂ
- Improve campaign effectiveness through audience segmentation, testing strategies, and performance optimizationÂ
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution, reporting, and marketing technology utilizationÂ

- Consistently deliver campaigns that contribute measurable pipeline, engagement, and revenue impactÂ
- Influence planning and prioritization of future demand generation and ABM initiativesÂ

For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is between80,000.00 - 105,000.00 CAD. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include bonuses, commissions for eligible sales roles, and a comprehensive benefits package. The actual base salary will vary based on factors including individual qualifications and market data, as objectively assessed during the interview process.Â
