Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Business Systems Analyst to analyze business requirements, define system scope, and support enhancements to technology applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business users, understand process flows, and lead process improvement initiatives to drive better business outcomes. This role involves evaluating proposed system changes, identifying impacts, and recommending solutions that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and production specifications for updates to technology applications.
• Define system scope and objectives based on user needs, business processes, and organizational goals.
• Lead internal business process improvement initiatives to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Identify, document, and communicate system constraints, implications, and impacts of proposed changes.
• Provide recommendations to address and resolve business challenges for assigned business groups.
• Collaborate with application development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support release management activities and ensure smooth deployment of system changes.
• Contribute to enhancing user experience (UX) and overall solution usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience as aBusiness Systems Analyst (Sr level).
• Strong understanding of application development processes and software solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience in business process improvement and requirements gathering.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and release management practices.
• Strong communication and business management skills.
