About the team

Zillow Rentals connects renters with property owners and managers through tools for advertising, leasing, and payments. Within Rentals, the Integration Solutions team helps keep partner systems connected across listings, leads, touring, messaging, and applications. We support hundreds of integrations powering approximately 1.5 million rental units, helping partners deliver a reliable experience from initial inquiry through lease signing.

About the role

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll provide technical leadership as an individual contributor on the Integration Solutions team. Working across product, engineering, support, and enterprise partners, you’ll resolve complex integration issues and develop documentation, tools, and monitoring that improve reliability and help teams support partners effectively.

You Will Get To

  • Lead the investigation and resolution of complex integration issues across systems, providing engineering teams with clear problem statements, reproduction steps, and supporting evidence.
  • Lead partner discovery conversations, recommend integration approaches, and explain technical findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Partner with Sales on technical discussions with enterprise prospects.
  • Develop and improve AI-assisted knowledge and diagnostic tools to support troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
  • Create and maintain integration guides, escalation playbooks, onboarding resources, and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Improve operational tools and workflows, including Zendesk, Slack automations, Airtable, and monitoring dashboards.
  • Analyze support trends and integration health signals to identify recurring issues, recommend root-cause improvements, and strengthen proactive monitoring.
  • Define launch support plans—including documentation, escalation paths, monitoring, and known limitations—and support partner onboarding and post-launch reviews.
