Location: Sunnyvale, CA / Atlanta, GA - (Onsite)
Pay Range: $70/hr - $74/hr
Job Summary:Â This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement business system solutions that drive efficiency. You will translate user needs into actionable technical requirements and ensure the smooth operation of implemented systems. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent end-user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
- Design and review business processes and system changes.
- Develop user stories and specifications for the development team.
- Manage and resolve operational issues through ITSM ticketing.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive experience with Smartsheet for solution building.
- Proven ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
This role requires experience within a digital workplace or enterprise IT environment.
