The CIB COO BSE Team, in alignment with Investment Banking’s leadership team, is responsible for business management, driving strategy execution, and developing / executing strategy and change initiatives. In this role, you will work within the Portfolio and Change Excellence (PACE) working on deliverables and execution priorities for the Head of the PACE and other members of the CIB COO BSE leadership team.
In this role, you will:Â
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives by executing on large projects and complex topicsÂ
- Identify opportunities for process improvementÂ
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of workÂ
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectationsÂ
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverablesÂ
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the businessÂ
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for multiple business groupsÂ
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive managementÂ

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:Â
- 4+ years of experience at a global, highly matrixed financial services firm with an understanding of the Investment Banking businessesÂ
- Experience working in a Change Management environment including Agile methodologiesÂ
- Experience working in a Risk, Compliance, and Control capacityÂ
- Experience working in or with front-line investment banking teams and leadershipÂ
- Experience executing large projects on complex topics with clear deliverables and recommendationsÂ
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations and reportingÂ
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, communicate ideas and results effectively, and drive consensus throughout the organizationÂ
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and act with urgency when supporting leadership requestsÂ
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential informationÂ
- Experience at a Big 4 or other Management Consulting Top Tier FirmsÂ
- Experience building effective partnerships with senior leadership and internal partnersÂ
- Experience managing calendars and expense reimbursementÂ
