Senior Business Communications Specialist

Role Overview:

As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will shape and manage communication strategies across the business line for our financial services client. You’ll serve as the primary bridge between leadership and employees—implementing key initiatives, driving employee engagement, and keeping teams informed, connected, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Communication: Partner with business line leadership to design, deliver, and evaluate internal communication plans covering sales, operations, change management, and cultural initiatives.

• Organizational Announcements & Inquiries: Develop and roll out strategic communications for major company updates, while serving as a responsive point of contact for employee questions.

• Digital Workplace & Channels: Manage divisional intranet content and design, while actively exploring and implementing innovative communication channels to reach employees effectively.

• Brand & Culture Advocacy: Foster an inclusive work environment that embraces diversity and aligns with core brand values.

• Governance & Compliance: Maintain internal control standards, ensuring prompt resolution of audit items and regulatory requirements applicable to our financial services client.

• Special Projects: Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Leadership:

• May act as a team lead or project guide for colleagues.
