Job Title : Senior Business Architect
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 months Contract
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to improve efficiency, controls, and user experience.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Lead UAT efforts and coordinate issue resolution and release validation.
• Collaborate on enterprise initiatives involving reporting, CRM, business intelligence, AI, and master data management.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and strategic planning.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 10+ years of Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, or Business Architecture experience within investment management or investment software.
• Strong knowledge of investment management concepts, including client reporting, performance measurement, investment operations, fund accounting, CRM, market data, or trading.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering solutions in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL, Python, APIs, relational databases, and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Salesforce, Seismic, SimCorp Coric, AWS, AI technologies, and enterprise data platforms is preferred.
