Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Business Analyst. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data-driven solutions are aligned with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and stakeholder management capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications. • Lead and support projects autonomously, identifying and engaging relevant SMEs to fill knowledge gaps. • Perform data modeling and validation to support contextualization and digital twin initiatives. • Conduct end-to-end testing of data workflows and validate models for accuracy and performance. • Define, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure project success and business impact. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and effectively push back when necessary. • Ensure alignment with SDLC best practices throughout project lifecycles. • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members when applicable. • Maintain high standards of work ethics and professionalism under pressure.
