Lead the design and mapping of complex business processes to align with organizational goals and strategies Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze current business workflows and identify opportunities for improvement Develop comprehensive business architecture frameworks that support scalable and sustainable business models Utilize expertise in business process design to facilitate change management and process optimization initiatives Ensure business processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements Support strategic planning by providing insights into business capabilities and process interdependencies Mentor and guide junior team members in business architecture methodologies and best practices Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in business architecture to continuously enhance process design approaches

Roles and Responsibilities

Drive the endtoend business process design and mapping activities to support business transformation projects

Partner with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into process models

Evaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency reduce costs and increase agility

Lead workshops and sessions to facilitate process discovery validation and alignment across departments

Develop and maintain business process documentation including process maps workflows and standard operating procedures

Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of business processes with technology solutions

Provide strategic advice on business architecture best practices and contribute to the development of organizational process standards

Monitor process performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on datadriven insights
