Location: – Chicago, IL (Hybrid) 2 – 3 days a week from office
We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Analyst (BA) with strong domain knowledge insemiconductor manufacturing and hands‐on exposure toSAP systems.
The ideal candidate will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, manufacturing operations, and IT teams, supporting digital transformation, process optimization, and system modernization initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Domain & Business Analysis
• Serve as aSAP (Systems) for semiconductor manufacturing processes, including:
◦ Wafer fabrication (Fab)
◦ Assembly, Test, and Packaging
◦ Yield, quality, and defect analysis
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, product engineering, and IT teams to understand business objectives and challenges.
• Analyzeend‐to‐end manufacturing and supply chain processes and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
SAP & Systems Engagement
• Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams across modules such as:
◦ SAP PP (Production Planning)
◦ SAP MM (Materials Management)
Support integration betweenSAP and manufacturing systems, including:
◦ MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
◦ Planning, yield management, and data reporting platforms
Requirements & Process Management
• Elicit, document, and manage:
◦ Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
◦ Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS)
◦ Process flows, use cases, and data mappings
• Ensureend‐to‐end traceability of requirements from definition through implementation and validation.
• Performimpact analysis for changes across SAP and manufacturing systems.
Testing & Delivery Support
• DefineUAT test scenarios and support execution with business users.
• Validate SAP configurations and integrated solutions against manufacturing and quality requirements.
• Support issue triage, defect resolution, and post‐implementation stabilization.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as a trusted interface betweenUS‐based business users, global delivery teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and design discussions.
• Provide clear, concise communication to program leadership and senior stakeholders.
