Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, networking, and load-balancing services. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and collaborate with product owners, technical architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications for AWS networking and load-balancing solutions.

• Collaborate with product owners and technical architects to prioritize requirements and align cloud infrastructure initiatives with business objectives.

• Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business requirements documentation.

• Evaluate existing on-premises and cloud integration patterns and recommend improvements to connectivity, latency, and reliability.

• Document current-state and target-state architecture from a business perspective, including AWS networking topologies and routing strategies.

• Identify risks related to connectivity, application availability, traffic management, and service continuity.

• Define business-focused test scenarios to validate load balancers, network routing, and failover strategies.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, resolve issues, and validate proposed solutions.

• Prepare project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and dependency tracking to support decision-making.

• Analyze cloud networking cost and performance trade-offs and recommend optimization opportunities.

• Work with security and compliance teams to incorporate data protection, access control, and auditability requirements.

• Translate connectivity, remote access, and hybrid-work needs into secure cloud networking requirements.

• Review post-implementation outcomes and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure.

• Expertise in AWS networking, including network connectivity and routing concepts.

• Knowledge of AWS cloud load balancers and traffic-management capabilities.
