Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in financial planning, accounting operations, roadmapping, and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional business teams to analyze operational and financial data, improve processes, and support strategic planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Develop business roadmaps, operational strategies, and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using advanced MS Excel functions.
• Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, and supply chain teams to optimize operations.
• Prepare dashboards, business reports, and executive presentations.
• Identify business risks, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, finance teams, and leadership on project deliverables.
• Support process automation and business transformation initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational and financial data.

Required Skills

• Strong Business Analyst experience.
• Expertise in Financial Planning and Roadmapping.
• Strong Accounting Operations knowledge.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including:
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Financial reporting
  • Data analysis
• Understanding of Sourcing and Supply Chain operations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday preferred.
• Exposure to reporting and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Experience in enterprise or manufacturing environments preferred.

Experience Required

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience preferred.
• Prior finance and supply chain domain exposure highly preferred.
